Hello District 5!
I am very happy to inform you that the 2018 General Service Conference Agenda Item Questionnaire is now available to be filled out electronically on the Oregon Area 58 website! (https://www.aa-oregon.org/) Or you can find it here. (Link questionnaire here, see attached) Because many of our members have smartphones, they will also be able to access the online option on their phones.
This process is not intended to replace discussion on the General Service Agenda Topics at Districts and Home Groups, in A.A. we make decisions only after much loving discussion and a thorough hearing of minority opinions. The hope is that members will complete the questionnaire after much discussion within your home group and with other members.

(Link attached document) Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or would like to dive further into any of the background material for any of the agenda items that you find to be of interest and we will make arrangements to get it to you.
Please complete the 2018 GSC Questionnaire by April 8th or submit them to the District 5 DCM by April 6th. Your responses will be emailed directly to our Alternate Delegate Jim F. if you choose to fill out the web based form.
