That’s $7.14 per A.A. member for the whole year! If every member contributed $7.14 one time\, it would support all of GSO Group Services for one year. \nOregon Area’s A.A. membership of 22\,378 could cover the cost of almost 1/3 of all the Correction services provided by GSO last year! \nHere’s how the challenge works: \nGroups pass a Special Basket or Can* in addition to the regular 7th Tradition. On or before July 14th\, each member contributes $7.14 (or round it up to $8 to help those who can’t). \n$7.14 on 7/14 — easy to remember! \nOn July 14th each group treasurer collects the contents of the can or basket and writes a check (or money order) ** for the amount contributed.
