What Is Central Oregon Intergroup?
Central Oregon Intergroup of Alcoholics Anonymous is a nonprofit public interest corporation that fosters mutual support, cooperation, and unity among Alcoholics Anonymous (A.A.) groups in Central Oregon. As an integral part of the A.A. community, our sole purpose is to assist these groups in spreading the A.A. message to those who are still suffering from alcoholism.
AA Primary Purpose
The primary purpose of any A.A. group is to carry the A.A. message to alcoholics. Experience with alcohol is one thing all A.A. members have in common. It is misleading to hint or give the impression that A.A. solves other problems or knows what to do about drug addiction.
