Chairperson Vickie M. called to order the regular meeting of the Central Oregon Intergroup at TEC(St. Hellens) at 5:30pm.
Attendance sheet was passed. Verified eligible voters and a quorum established. Introductions were made. Vickie reminded individuals about voting eligibility. Only IGR’s are eligible to vote.

A. Approval of Minutes
Minutes were read and approved.
B. Treasurer’s Report
Linda presented the profit and loss statements and they were read and approved. Total income was $2470.77 and the total expense was $3316.71.
C. Committee Reports:
Joan reported that the call volume increased due to the fire at TEC. She also has received four updated 12th step lists and is still asking that groups return updated numbers for those interested in 12th step calls.
District 5 Liaison:
District does not think that a liaison is needed. There was no liaison present.
The Newsletter Position is still open. If you are interested please attend the next IGR meeting to be held at TEC Sunday April 28, at 5:30pm The sobriety requirement is only six months
Dave announced that the Potluck was a great success hosted by Chicks with Chips. Speakers were Sandy B-AA and Patty P- Al-Anon
Pete M was out of town but Joan was able to update everything submitted by the 18th. There was an error on the schedule, the Saturday morning meeting is still at Sons of Norway and not TEC Saint Helens Hall

Newsletter Chair is still open
E. New Business:
Joan has volunteered to put together a calendar until the Newsletter position can be filled.
Meeting adjourned at 6:08pm. The next meeting will be at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, April 28 at TEC.
