Opening:
Vice-Chairperson Vickie M called to order the regular meeting of the Central Oregon Intergroup at TEC at 5:30pm.
Attendance sheet was passed. Verified eligible voters and a quorum established. Introductions were made. Jerry reminded individuals about voting eligibility. Only IGR’s are eligible to vote.

A. Approval of Minutes
Minutes were read and approved with one amendment.
B. Treasurer’s Report Office/Hotline
Linda presented Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss statements as of December 15, 2012. Total income was $2663.47 and total Expense was $1857.70. She also reported that we may have been selected to get our Bendbroadband bill free next year. She passed out the Oregon Tax 2013 Annual Report. Changes were made and Pattie was to send $50 along with report. Treasurer’s Report was approved. Linda requested a new version of QB to be shared with Joan at the IG Office. The IG Board voted to approve the money. There was no need for a motion.
Office Report/Hotline
Monthly Office Report: Total office calls were 65. There were 117 Walk-ins. Income: Books and Literature – $855; Coins and Misc. – $486; Donations – $1032; Potluck – $289. Book coin orders – $630.
Joan requested that the IGR pass along message to have all interested people call her to be included in the new Hotline List.
C. Committee Reports:
Al-Anon: Pam was not present; however, she was present prior to the meeting and brought several flyers for the Spaghetti Feed. They were passed out to all the IGRs.
District 5 Liaison: Not Present. Joan stated that the DCM (Kim A) had requested Joan to act as the Liaison since she already attended both meetings. It was stated that the groups are getting dual information as it is with both IGRs and GSRs and whether is even behooves us to have a Liaison. Joan will take back that information to the District meeting. There will be a showing at Brooks Hall – TEC of the new Bill W DVD on January 13th. A flyer should be circulating on the time.
Entertainment: Not Present. They still have 60 days to make a decision. There was some additional discussion. Alan made a motion that the Advisory Board take on that issue since so much time is being taken up in the IGR meeting. It was agreed by everyone. It was not treated as an actual motion. There will be a New Year’s Eve dance. $10 at the door.
Newsletter: Not Present.
Potluck: The Christmas Alcathon will be on December 25th as usual. All time slots except the last 2 are filled.
Schedules: Shari stated that Liz T, who had been nominated, will not be able to take the Committee Chair position.
Website: Not Present.

Vice-Chair position is now available since Vickie has filled the Chairperson duties. Anyone interested, please come to the next IGR meeting to stand for the position.
E. New Business:
• One IGR said that since she has a unique first name, that someone was able to find her on the Internet from our minutes. She was concerned that people not know about her affiliation with AA. It will be discussed further at the next IGR meeting.
