It is our sincere hope that we will be able to facilitate an in-person event.  If it is determined that we can have an in-person event, social distancing and masks will be required.  Ballroom capacity will be limited to 200 persons, so part of the audience will be participating in a ballroom separate from the speaker.

To avoid the bottleneck at in-person registration we will be mailing out registration packs to everyone who takes advantage of early registration.  Lanyards and swag (cups & t-shirts) will still be picked up at the in-person event. Meals will be available for purchase after it is determined that an in-person event will occur.  Tables will be limited to 6 persons and the only way to ensure your seats are reserved is by purchasing a full table.  Meals are included in the cost of the full table, so please be sure to remind those in your party that they need to directly reimburse you for their seat at the table and their meal(s).  We want to be sure to have an accurate account of meals purchased.  All other seating will be first come, first served, and will no longer be assigned in advance.

The raffle will also occur even if there is a Zoom-only event.  You will be able to purchase raffle tickets this year online.  Online entries will be identified with your name rather than a number.  A list of raffle prizes will be posted at a later date.

The decision whether the event is to be held in-person or via Zoom only will be made by the Friends of Summerfest Committee on May 1st.  

The event will still be available via Zoom regardless of cancellation of the in-person event.
